The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced engineer with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of energy management and automation products.   4. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  7. Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  8. Motivate team members to work together to meet project goals.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
