- Ensure all products are assembled accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and precision in all assembly tasks.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Closeout Assemblers At Schneider Electric Are Required To Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Experience In Electrical Assembly: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Electrical Assembly, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge Of Electrical Components And Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Components, Systems, And Diagrams Is Necessary For This Role.
Attention To Detail: Closeout Assemblers Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Follow Assembly Instructions And Specifications.
Ability To Meet Deadlines: This Role Requires Candidates To Be Able To Work Efficiently And Meet Strict Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Production Environment. Time Management And Prioritization Skills Are A Must.
