Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and profitability through our channel strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel strategy initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the channel.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of channel strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
Lead project management activities, including creating project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel-specific promotions and campaigns.
Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure strong collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and results of channel strategy initiatives.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact the success of channel strategy projects.
