
Change Management and Communications Intern

You will work closely with our senior leadership to ensure effective execution of our goals.The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of change management and communications principles. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for change management and communications across the organization.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure effective execution of goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of change management and communications principles.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of change management and communications initiatives.
- Create and implement communication plans for key initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of change management initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and presentations with senior leadership to ensure goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Create reports and presentations on change management and communication related topics.
- Follow up on any feedback and suggestions to improve the change management and communication process.
