
Change Management and Communications Intern
Schneider Electric is looking to hire a passionate Change Management and Communications Intern who is eager to learn and apply their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Change Management and Communications Intern will work closely with the Change Management and Communications team to support the organization's overall change strategy.The successful candidate for this position must have strong organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. They should also be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, be able to work independently, and have the ability to think strategically. A background in change management, communications, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Change Management and Communications team in developing and implementing effective change strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Provide support for communication plans and activities, including writing and editing content for emails, newsletters, and other materials.
- Research and analyze industry trends and best practices related to change management and communications.
- Assist in the development and execution of change management and communication plans.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to change management and communication activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to the Change Management and Communications team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking progress against goals.
- Prepare presentations and reports to document progress and results of change management and communication initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to ensure the success of the Change Management and Communications team.
