1. Implement and maintain effective change and configuration management processes to ensure the stability and integrity of systems and services within Schneider Electric.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document change requests, assess their potential impact, and obtain necessary approvals.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management plan, including procedures for handling emergency changes and communicating changes to stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track all changes to systems and services, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines and adhering to established processes.
5. Conduct regular reviews of change management processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
