Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable certification regulations and standards.
Oversee and manage the certification process for all products, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure certification requirements are met during product development.
Monitor changes in certification regulations and standards, and proactively implement necessary updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
Communicate updates and changes in certification requirements to relevant stakeholders within the company.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Liaise with external certification bodies and agencies to obtain and maintain necessary certifications for the company and its products.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry associations and regulatory agencies to stay informed on evolving certification standards and regulations.
Train and educate team members on certification processes and requirements to ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline the certification process.
Manage all documentation and records related to certifications and ensure they are up-to-date and readily accessible.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in certification processes, and implement them to enhance the company's certification program.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of certifications and any potential risks or issues.
Uphold the company's reputation as a leader in energy management and automation by ensuring all products meet necessary certification requirements.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge And Experience In Certification Processes: A Certification Manager At Schneider Electric Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Certification Process, Including Industry Standards And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Testing, Documentation, And Compliance Requirements.
