Lead the execution of critical C&SP projects in North America, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with project team members.
Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.
Communicate project updates and status reports to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project objectives.
Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and materials, to meet project goals and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
Coach and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Represent Schneider Electric at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's brand and solutions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Execution In The Industrial Automation Or Energy Management Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers And Engineers.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Successful Project Execution And Delivery.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Schneider Electric Products And Solutions, As Well As Industry Trends And Best Practices.
