Install and maintain building automation systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot any issues with building automation systems.
Program and configure building automation systems to meet client needs and optimize energy efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Train and mentor junior technicians on building automation systems and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies related to building automation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues with building automation systems.
Implement and follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates and progress reports.
Participate in meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improvement in processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized records of work completed and materials used.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously strive to improve and optimize building automation systems for maximum efficiency and sustainability.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Building Automation Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Building Automation Systems, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Various Systems And Protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering: A Degree In Engineering Is Preferred For This Role, As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills.
Advanced Knowledge Of Programming And Troubleshooting: The Building Automation Technician Lll Should Have Advanced Skills In Programming And Troubleshooting Building Automation Systems, Including Experience With Various Programming Languages And Protocols.
Experience With Schneider Electric Products And Systems: As A Leading Provider Of Building Automation Solutions, Experience Working With Schneider Electric Products And Systems Is Highly Desirable.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Building Automation Technician Lll Will Be Working Directly With Clients And Team Members, So Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
