Provide exceptional service to clients by responding promptly to service requests and resolving any issues with building automation systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot complex building automation systems to ensure their proper functioning.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on building automation systems to identify and address potential issues.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop and implement effective solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in building automation technology to continuously improve service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on building automation systems.
Mentor and train junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improving service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Building Automation Systems Installation, Programming, And Troubleshooting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Schneider Electric's Building Automation Products And Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Hvac Systems And Controls, As Well As Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
Proficient In Computer Networking, Programming Languages, And Software Applications Used In Building Automation Systems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Junior Team Members.
