  1. Install, configure, and maintain building management systems in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for building management systems, including identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and inspections of building management systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements, develop solutions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of building management systems, as well as troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  6. Keep detailed and accurate records of all service and maintenance activities, including documenting any changes or upgrades made to building management systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building management systems, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing duties on-site.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to provide timely updates on project status and escalate any issues or concerns as needed.
  10. Represent Schneider Electric in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  12. Take ownership of projects and tasks, and demonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibility in all aspects of the role.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric, promoting the company's values and mission to make energy safe, reliable, and efficient for everyone.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Building Management Systems (Bms).

  • Proficient In Bms Software Platforms Such As Schneider Electric's Ecostruxure Building Operation Or Similar.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills For Bms Hardware And Software.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Bms, Such As Ashrae, Nec, And Nfpa.
