Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in an organized and efficient manner.
Accurately pick and pack materials for shipment according to customer orders.
Utilize various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety standards and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Verify the accuracy of product labeling and documentation to prevent shipping errors.
Use inventory management software to track and update inventory levels and locations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and workplace safety.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including regular inventory counts and shelf organization.
Identify and report any damaged or defective materials to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Follow all company standards for customer service, including prompt and courteous communication with customers and clients.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Candidate For An Ats Material Handler Job At Schneider Electric Must Have A Minimum Educational Requirement Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Helps Ensure That The Candidate Has Basic Literacy And Numeracy Skills Necessary For The Job.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting Is Highly Desirable For An Ats Material Handler Role. This Includes Experience With Material Handling Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks, As Well As Knowledge Of Warehouse Processes And Procedures.

Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Role Of An Ats Material Handler Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Efficiently.
