  14. Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
  15. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Electrical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Development Processes, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera, And Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies Such As Agile Or Waterfall.
