Assemble and test Schneider Electric products according to established procedures and specifications.
Ensure that all assembled products meet our high-quality standards and perform as expected.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the assembly area.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the assembly process, and communicate them to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Utilize knowledge of electrical and mechanical components to interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
Keep accurate records of all assembled products, including any variations or modifications made.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of assembly equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on product updates and improvements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Schneider Electric to customers and colleagues.

Complete all assigned tasks within the given timeline to meet production goals.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Electrical Assembly And Wiring: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Electrical Assembly And Wiring Techniques, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Electrical Schematics And Diagrams.
