Provide exceptional service and support to customers in the field of energy management.
Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and repair any issues with ASCO products.
Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in energy management to provide the best possible service to customers.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.
Document and report any service calls, including findings and recommendations for improvements.
Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for better customer service.
Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Attend training sessions and workshops to expand knowledge and skills in energy management and ASCO products.
Travel to various customer sites as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Field Service Or Electrical Industry
Knowledge And Experience With Asco Automatic Transfer Switches And Related Products
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Travel As Needed.
