  1. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the organization's manufacturing processes.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and digital transformation strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Lean Manufacturing And/Or Digital Transformation, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Lean Principles And Tools, Such As Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, And Continuous Improvement.

  • Experience In Implementing Digital Transformation Strategies And Technologies, Such As Industry 4.0, Iot, And Data Analytics.
