Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for internal sales and logistics teams.
Provide support and guidance to team members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Work closely with sales and logistics managers to identify training needs and develop relevant materials.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to sales and logistics.
Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in training and support.
Utilize a variety of training techniques, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching.
Maintain accurate records of training and performance for team members.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall team performance.
Proactively identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps within the team.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Adhere to company values and policies while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Pursue personal and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Other duties as assigned by the sales and logistics managers.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Quality, Logistics, And Industrial Organization (Qlio) Or Business Administration (Gea) With A Focus On Training And Support.
Relevant Work Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Industrial Or Technology Sector.
Strong Knowledge Of Training And Logistics Processes, As Well As Sales Support Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Microsoft Office, And Learning Management Systems (Lms).
