Job Qualifications

Prior Maintenance Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance, Preferably In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Various Maintenance Tasks And Troubleshoot Equipment Effectively.
Technical Skills: As An Agent Technique De Maintenance, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Systems. They Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Manuals, And Have A Good Understanding Of Machinery And Equipment.
Knowledge Of Safety Procedures: Working In Maintenance Can Be Dangerous, So It Is Essential For The Candidate To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Lockout/Tagout, Personal Protective Equipment, And Other Safety Protocols.
Teamwork And Communication: Maintenance Work Often Requires Working In A Team Environment, So The Candidate Should Have Excellent Teamwork And Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Collaborate With Other Team Members, As Well As Effectively Communicate Any Issues Or Updates To Their Supervisor.
