In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's visa and immigration protocols are accurately and consistently followed. To succeed, you must have a thorough understanding of visa and immigration regulations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and other government agencies. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and stay ahead of any potential compliance issues. A successful Visa & Immigration Compliance Analyst will also have an exemplary record of accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant visa and immigration regulations, laws, and protocols.
  2. Liaise with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and other government agencies.
  3. Develop and update internal procedures to ensure compliance with visa and immigration regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration applications.
  5. Ensure all visa and immigration applications are completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor changes in visa and immigration regulations and inform appropriate personnel of any updates.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  8. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate any issues.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of visa and immigration processes.
  10. Track and report on visa and immigration data and metrics.

Job Qualifications
