- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business goals and user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and specifications.
