- Lead and manage subsea tree projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery to clients.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and develop subsea tree solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure project costs are managed within budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Mentor and coach junior project engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to continuously improve project management processes and strategies.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships and ensure project success.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Subsea Tree Design And Installation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Subsea Engineering Principles And Industry Standards.
Proficient In Cad Software And Other Relevant Engineering Tools.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
