  1. Lead the development and implementation of OSDU Services and Platform, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that meet clients' needs.
  2. Utilize exceptional project management skills and expertise to lead cross-functional teams.
  3. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  7. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure project success.
  8. Monitor and report on project performance, making adjustments as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  12. Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
  13. Mentor and train project team members as needed.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project management.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects In The Energy Industry, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Sector.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Osdu Data Platform And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Technical Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Project Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Demonstrated Leadership Skills To Drive Project Success.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Focus On Quality And Customer Satisfaction.

  • Project Management Certification: A Pmp Or Other Relevant Project Management Certification Is Highly Desirable, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.
