  1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
  2. Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment or transfer to appropriate departments.
  3. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
  4. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
  5. Keep track of material locations and update inventory records as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to various departments.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns with inventory levels, damaged materials, or delays in delivery to management.
  9. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  10. Identify and report any quality or safety issues with materials to the appropriate department.
  11. Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to materials handling.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to materials handling and transportation.
  13. Train and mentor new materials handlers as needed.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in materials handling.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Materials Handling Or Warehouse Role, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Materials And Equipment: Familiarity With Various Types Of Materials And Equipment Used In The Oil And Gas Sector, Including Hazardous Materials, And The Ability To Safely Handle And Transport Them.

  • Physical Ability: Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Heavy Objects (Up To 50 Pounds), Stand For Long Periods Of Time, And Operate Machinery And Equipment.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail Are Essential For Managing Inventory, Tracking Supplies, And Maintaining Accurate Records.

  • Safety Consciousness: Knowledge Of And Commitment To Safety Procedures And Regulations, And The Ability To Follow Them At All Times To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For Oneself And Others.
