The ideal candidate for this role will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide legal advice and support across a range of areas. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about learning and taking on new challenges. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with peers.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• A Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) or equivalent• Substantial legal research and writing experience• A strong understanding of the legal process• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills• An understanding of the legal and business implications of decisions• The ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality• Fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues in a range of areas and provide legal advice and support.
- Prepare legal documents and briefs.
