This role is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic professional who wants to make a real impact in a thriving legal environment.The IP Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of IP-related topics, from transactional matters such as licensing and due diligence activities to litigations and disputes. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.The successful applicant must have a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school and be a member of a state bar in good standing. They must possess a minimum of four years of experience in the practice of patent law, as well as a strong understanding of intellectual property laws and statutes. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a track record of successful intellectual property transactions and litigation. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a variety of IP-related topics, including licensing, due diligence activities, litigations, and disputes.
- Work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Possess a minimum of four years of experience in the practice of patent law, as well as a strong understanding of intellectual property laws and statutes.
- Have a track record of successful intellectual property transactions and litigation.
- Participate in all relevant legal meetings and conferences with clients and other stakeholders.
- Research and analyze various legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and other related documents.
- Handle discovery and document review related to litigation matters.
- Assist in the development of IP strategies and policies.
- Be willing to travel when necessary.
