Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ESP Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the sales of our Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) technology to our clients. As an ESP Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and driving revenue growth.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Schlumberger's ESP technology to clients in the oil and gas industry.
  2. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our ESP technology.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product development to identify and address client needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and post-sale.
  9. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
  10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote Schlumberger and expand our network.
  11. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and distribute sales materials and campaigns.
  14. Mentor and train junior sales team members to develop their skills and knowledge of ESP technology.
  15. Represent Schlumberger as a knowledgeable and professional industry expert in all client interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Engineering, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Electrical Submersible Pumps (Esp) And Their Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
