  1. Design and develop electrical manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production of electrical components.
  2. Continuously evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in production.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical manufacturing techniques.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all manufacturing processes.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flow charts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  8. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
  9. Analyze production data and provide reports to management on process performance and improvement opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new materials and technologies for manufacturing processes.
  11. Participate in new product development projects, providing input on design for manufacturability.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of all electrical manufacturing equipment and processes.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and tasks.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Manufacturing Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Relevant Design And Analysis Tools.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Electrical Manufacturing.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
