Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Data Archive Coordinator to join the Schlumberger team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data archiving systems, and be able to effectively coordinate data and archive operations.The Data Archive Coordinator position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as the position involves interacting with a wide range of people, from IT professionals to vendors. The successful candidate will also have excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure that all data is archived efficiently and accurately, and that archive operations run smoothly.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in data archiving and coordinating data-related operations. A background in data analysis, database management, and/or project management is also desirable. Additionally, experience with a variety of software applications, including MS Office and SharePoint, is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate data and archive operations, ensuring that all data is archived efficiently and accurately.
  2. Interact with a wide range of people, from IT professionals to vendors, to ensure smooth archive operations.
  3. Utilize a variety of software applications, such as MS Office and SharePoint, to effectively manage data archiving systems.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed records related to data and archive operations.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  6. Monitor and document archive activities, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Provide support to other departments in the organization, as needed.
  9. Identify and resolve any data archiving issues.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve data archiving processes.
