Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is part growing new business for Omni Seals, a custom elastomer (rubber) molding business for Schlumberger, with a successful position holder developing new customers and opportunities outside of Schlumberger. Identify, develop and manage new customers and business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, for the assigned service/product. Participates in the opportunity management process for critical opportunities. Coordinate the technical, operational, commercial and legal risk mitigation/support/reviews for all proposals. Participate in customer proposal/contract negotiations, as needed. Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events to gain insight on industry trends and developments. Lead team with engineering to develop to new products for customer.
