
Training & Operations Manager
Schlotzsky's is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training & Operations Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, training, and operations excellence, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of training and operational performance, as well as a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; at least three years of experience in training and operations management; strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills; and the ability to develop and implement effective training and operational strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective training and operational strategies to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyze data and make recommendations to improve customer service and operations.
- Monitor training and operational performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Create and implement processes and procedures for operational tasks.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and managers.
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain operational systems and technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
