Training & Operations Manager

Schlotzsky's is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training & Operations Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, training, and operations excellence, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of training and operational performance, as well as a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; at least three years of experience in training and operations management; strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills; and the ability to develop and implement effective training and operational strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain effective training and operational strategies to ensure operational excellence.
2. Analyze data and make recommendations to improve customer service and operations.
3. Monitor training and operational performance and make adjustments as needed.
4. Create and implement processes and procedures for operational tasks.
5. Develop and deliver training programs for staff and managers.
6. Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
9. Implement and maintain operational systems and technology.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
