Team Leader

Schlotzsky's is looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our team and take our customer experience to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is excited to help others succeed and will go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.The Team Leader should have a minimum of one year of restaurant experience, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations is a must. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
2. Ensure that all customer orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
3. Monitor and ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met.
4. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Train and develop new team members to ensure their success.
6. Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions with customers and fellow team members.
9. Handle all cash transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
10. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock.
