Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of restaurant leadership experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
6. Oversee scheduling and training of staff.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
9. Analyze performance data and provide reports to management.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
