At Schlotzsky’s, we are looking for an innovative and creative leader to join our team as the Head of Culinary & Product Development. This individual will own the development of all food products and menu items, ensuring that all products meet or exceed the expectations of our guests.The successful candidate will have an extensive background in culinary and product development, and a passion for creating delicious, innovative products. They will bring a strong understanding of the food industry, the menu development process, and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. They will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow the Schlotzsky’s brand.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience in product development, and a proven track record of developing successful menu items. They will be an excellent communicator and a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for developing delicious, innovative products and enjoy working in an energetic and inspiring environment, we want to hear from you!
