Director, Corporate Strategy

This role is responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive corporate strategy and analyzing the performance of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of the restaurant industry. He/she is also expected to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, preferably in the restaurant industry, and a master's degree in business or a related field. The candidate must also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. He/she must also be able to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently and deliver results in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and drive a comprehensive corporate strategy for Schlotzsky's.
2. Analyze organization performance and develop solutions and strategies to improve outcomes.
3. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and other departments.
4. Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, delivering results in an effective and timely manner.
5. Analyze and track the restaurant industry trends and developments.
6. Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards.
8. Assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting initiatives.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
