We are looking for an individual who excels in customer service, is self-motivated, and has a passion for sports and the outdoors. This position offers the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as the potential for career advancement.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of retail experience and knowledge of sports and outdoor equipment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the store.
2. Assist customers with product selection and pricing.
3. Educate customers on product features and benefits.
4. Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
5. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions.
6. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy.
7. Ensure sales floor is tidy and organized.
8. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
9. Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to improve results.
10. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
