Sales Associate

Welcome to the team! We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join the Scheels All Sports team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has an eye for detail, and is a team player. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and helping customers find the perfect product.To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should have a thorough knowledge of our products, be able to build relationships with customers, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. If you have the right attitude and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
4. Respond to customer complaints and provide resolutions.
5. Process payments and complete sales transactions.
6. Maintain product displays and shelves in an organized manner.
7. Monitor inventory levels and re-stock shelves as needed.
8. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Utilize point-of-sale system and other software to complete sales transactions.
10. Complete sales reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.
