We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for customer service and a desire to help create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. You must also possess knowledge of retail merchandising, be organized, and have the ability to multitask. Responsibilities: • Assist in organizing and coordinating merchandise within the store • Ensure quality customer service is provided to customers • Create an inviting shopping experience for customers • Maintain knowledge of retail merchandising • Ensure store displays are organized and attractive • Provide assistance to customers with locating items • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed • Keep up-to-date on product features and benefits • Follow safety procedures when handling merchandise • Utilize customer service skills to address customer inquiries and complaints • Assist with other tasks as needed
