Fitting Room Attendant

At Scheels All Sports, we’re looking for a customer-oriented Fitting Room Attendant to help ensure our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. As a Fitting Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly, helpful customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitting room area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the fitting room

• Assist customers with selecting and fitting clothes, shoes, and other items

• Ensure the fitting room area is clean and organized at all times

• Ensure all items are properly tagged and sized

• Ensure all merchandise is restocked and the fitting room area is tidy

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any customer issues

• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise and promotions

• Follow company policies and procedures
