Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service.
2. Assist customers in selecting appropriate items and offer advice on purchases.
3. Monitor fitting room area to ensure neatness and tidiness.
4. Ensure that all customers are provided with a safe and comfortable experience.
5. Receive and process returns and exchanges as needed.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in an efficient and courteous manner.
7. Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and restocking as needed.
8. Help maintain store cleanliness by cleaning fitting rooms and organizing merchandise as needed.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
