Facilities Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility and its grounds are in top condition, as well as providing support to other departments as needed.To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Inspect the facility and its grounds on a regular basis, ensuring everything is in top condition.
2. Perform regular maintenance tasks as needed, such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing broken items.
3. Provide support to other departments, such as setting up for events, moving furniture, and assisting with deliveries.
4. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
6. Respond to emergency requests in a timely manner.
7. Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
8. Assist with purchasing and stocking supplies.
9. Monitor the security of the facility and grounds.
10. Liaise with external contractors and vendors as needed.
