Facilities Associate

Scheels All Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Associate to join our facilities team. We are looking for a motivated individual with the knowledge, experience, and skills to ensure the smooth running of our stores and facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively and independently, and a strong work ethic.The Facilities Associate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the store, monitoring and maintaining building systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a commitment to safety and quality, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
