Facilities Associate

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in facilities management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all store facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
2. Develop and implement protocols for maintaining the store facilities.
3. Oversee all maintenance and repair tasks.
4. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
5. Handle all customer and employee inquiries regarding store facilities.
6. Manage the budget for all related projects.
7. Manage the scheduling of contractors and vendors.
8. Develop and implement strategies for improving store facilities.
9. Ensure all safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
10. Monitor and record building systems performance.
