Responsibilities: • Ensuring that all stores are well-maintained and running efficiently • Troubleshooting and problem-solving when necessary • Ensuring that all facility and safety regulations are followed • Scheduling and managing facility maintenance and repairs • Providing superior customer service to all customers • Multi-tasking and prioritizing work to meet deadlines • Inspecting and evaluating the condition of facilities • Coordinating with vendors for services and supplies • Maintaining records and reports related to facility management • Working with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities • Responding to urgent requests in a timely manner • Training and supervising other staff members as needed • Maintaining a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
