Facilities Associate

Scheels All Sports seeks an experienced and motivated Facilities Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our stores and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers and team members. Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance and upkeep duties on store premises such as cleaning, painting, and repairing.
2. Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed and maintained.
3. Inspect the store premises for any potential safety or maintenance hazards.
4. Respond to maintenance and repair requests from customers and team members.
5. Handle basic repairs and installation of equipment and fixtures.
6. Use hand and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and sanding.
7. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed.
8. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the store is operating efficiently.
9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and team members.
10. Follow all store policies and procedures.
