Facilities Associate

Scheels All Sports is seeking an outgoing and dependable Facilities Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of our store and its grounds, ensuring that our customers always have a pleasant shopping experience. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to keep our facilities in top condition.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma at a minimum, as well as at least two years' experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and other maintenance skills is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the store and its grounds.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
3. Identify areas in need of improvement and take necessary steps to address them.
4. Inspect and repair any plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
5. Maintain inventory of supplies and order new items as needed.
6. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
8. Assist with any other duties as needed.
