Facilities Associate

Scheels All Sports is seeking a Facilities Associate who is ready to take initiative and help our organization maintain a clean and well-functioning environment. As a Facilities Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and materials are well-maintained and organized. 1. Provide day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and materials.
2. Ensure the safety of all employees and visitors by following safety regulations and protocols.
3. Clean and organize all areas of the facility, including offices, meeting rooms, and break rooms.
4. Responsible for ordering and stocking supplies and materials for the facility.
5. Work with outside vendors to ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
6. Monitor and maintain all fire safety systems, including fire extinguishers and alarms.
7. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the facility is running efficiently.
9. Handle all emergency situations and repairs in a timely manner.
10. Assist with the development of new policies and procedures for the facility.
