1. Analyze fashion trends and customer needs to select apparel for the store
2. Monitor stock levels and place orders with vendors to ensure shelves are adequately stocked
3. Manage inventory levels, display items, and organize the store to create an attractive shopping experience for customers
4. Train and supervise sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and merchandising techniques
5. Develop sales strategies to drive sales and increase profits
6. Maintain accurate records of all store transactions
7. Create and implement promotions and special events to boost store sales
8. Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer inquiries
9. Plan and manage budgets for the clothing department
10. Stay up-to-date with new product lines, industry trends, and competitive offerings
