Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and order merchandise to ensure that all stock is current and accurately displayed.
2. Create and maintain displays to attractively showcase merchandise.
3. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
5. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue.
6. Develop and implement promotional plans and strategies to meet sales goals.
7. Train and lead sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and merchandising techniques.
8. Monitor inventory levels and take necessary steps to ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
10. Remain up to date on industry trends and new products.
