Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in retail, apparel, or merchandising• In-depth knowledge of the apparel industry and fashion trends• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze fashion trends and customer preferences to develop product displays that are attractive and up-to-date.
2. Work with store managers to ensure that all product displays are accurate and implemented in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and maximizing profitability.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
5. Maintain relationships with suppliers and identify new opportunities for product sourcing.
6. Train and mentor store personnel on merchandising techniques.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
8. Develop and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness.
9. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials.
10. Track sales data and provide feedback to management on performance.
