Scheels All Sports is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Clothing Merchandiser. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about the retail industry. The Clothing Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience by providing a well-stocked and organized store. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field; excellent communication and organizational skills; and a minimum of two years of experience in the retail industry. Responsibilities:

1. Develop merchandise selection for store that meets customer needs and store goals.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust stock level accordingly.
3. Create and maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
4. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely shipments and accurate pricing.
5. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Create promotional displays and window displays to attract customers.
9. Train and supervise store personnel as needed.
10. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
